C6 โ€” THE GRIP

"Where Doubt Ends and Direction Begins"

Release โ†’ Understanding โ†’ Identity

You already know. You're just not choosing.

There is a vertebra just above the base of your neck that governs one of the most fundamental acts a human being can perform: the act of choosing. Not choosing between trivial things โ€” choosing in the sense that matters. Choosing your own path over the path that was expected of you. Choosing your truth over the easier agreement. Choosing yourself when the cost of that choice is someone else's disappointment.

C6 bridges two power centers: the throat above โ€” expression and truth spoken aloud โ€” and the solar plexus below โ€” will, self-trust, and personal power. When these flow freely through C6, something specific becomes possible:ย you know what you choose, and you can say it clearly.ย Without the endless deliberation. Without the guilt. Without deferring to the room.

C6 blockage is almost never about genuinely not knowing. It is about not trusting what you know enough to commit to it.

The choice that is already made internally gets deferred externally โ€” indefinitely โ€” until circumstances make the decision for you, or the window closes, or another year passes at the fork in the road.

You feel it as:

  • chronic neck stiffness โ€” particularly restricting rotation in one specific direction
  • recurring tonsil or throat sensitivity without infectious cause
  • thumb, index finger, or outer arm tingling without clear structural reason
  • shoulder tension that carries the weight of decisions deferred, yeses said instead of nos
  • a specific exhaustion โ€” not from overwork, but from maintaining open loops indefinitely
  • the yes said out of guilt, and the resentment that quietly follows it
  • procrastination that isn't about tasks โ€” it's about the choice the task represents
  • a low-grade inner restlessness that doesn't resolve, because circumstances aren't the cause โ€” the unchosen thing is

Every option held open has a maintenance cost. Every future kept possible requires energy to hold in suspension. The person who keeps ten paths open is paying the upkeep on ten paths while walking on none of them.

The fatigue you feel is real. And it is not the fatigue of doing too much. It is the fatigue of not deciding.

The C6 Path: Three Depths of Integration

C6 work unfolds inย three natural phases.

Not because of a model, because this is how the nervous system actually integrates change.

You don't have to decide anything upfront.
You simply start where your body is.

How This Is Meant To Be Used

You don't "choose a level".

You enter C6 and your body shows you how deep it wants to go.

Some people do the point work and feel the arm tension finally release from its rootย  ย  ย that's real.

Others want to understand the specific pattern of trying to please everyone before choosing their own direction.

And some are ready to make choices that come from genuine values rather than from the calculation of who will approve.

There is no hierarchy. No rush. No pressure.

Only the recognition that your choices are more trustworthy than your fears.
