My name is Kevin Mulder.
I created The Spine Code after years of learning one simple truth:
Most people do not need more information.
They need a better system.
MY STORY
I know what it feels like to live with pressure.
Physical pressure.
Mental pressure.
Emotional pressure.
I know what it feels like to carry stress in the body, to feel stuck in patterns, and to keep searching for answers that never fully solve the real problem.
Over the years, I experienced pain, tension, unhealthy habits, self-sabotage and periods where life felt heavier than it should.
That forced me to study the body, behavior and change in a deeper way.
Not from theory alone.
From real life.
From experience.
From rebuilding myself piece by piece.
