TH11 sits at the thoraco-lumbar junction โ the structural hinge between the upper body's control and the lower body's freedom. It is where the creative, spontaneous, freely-moving life-energy of the sacral center either flows or is held. When TH11 is blocked, the holding becomes structural: the script that was handed to you gradually narrows the range of the life you're living, until the creative impulse waits for permission that never quite arrives.
You feel it as:
- lower back pain and tight flank muscles โ the thoraco-lumbar junction under the strain of the holding posture
- digestive difficulties including constipation โ the body's literal holding reflecting the pattern
